RSM Lining Supplies has entered a partnership with SewerTronics to bring the manufacturers patented UV LED curing systems to the UK.
The range includes the SpeedyLight+ UV LED, the WaterLight UV LED and the LEDRIG Lite/Pro.
The SpeedyLight+ UV LED curing system allows contractors to optimise their operations when curing laterals from DN 100 to DN 300, with curing speeds varying from 0.2 m to 1.0 m per minute.
The product range can cure both felt and glass fibre liners, has increased installation productivity and a deeper curing penetration than earlier models, and the system can be powered by any 1.2 kW electrical source such as a standard 220 V main.
The WaterLight UV LED offers high performance in terms of increased diameter range and curing speed, while the LEDRIG products feature passive air cooling for curing liners.
The systems are currently available from 100 to 600 mm and up to 250 m in cable length.
