Some Chinese airports (e.g., Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen) provide details on transit visa exemptions (240-hour, 144-hour or 72-hour visa-free transit) on their websites. City of Suzhou is easily commutable from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Shanghai Pudong International Airport.

Train arrival: Take a taxi to "Suzhou Park Station" (a 10-minute taxi ride to the exhibition hall), then take a taxi to "Suzhou Railway Station" (a 20-30-minute taxi ride, transfer from Metro Line 4 to Line 1, and get off at "Cultural Expo Center Station")
Airport arrival: From Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Shanghai Pudong International Airport, take the airport bus in the direction of Suzhou and get off at the Customs Building Station (5 minutes by taxi, get off at the "Cultural Expo Center Station" on Metro Line 1)
Arrival by metro: Get off at "Wenhuabolanzhongxin" Station on Suzhou Metro Line 1
